  Duration: 2 hours; $20; The rhythm is gonna get ya! Learn the exciting and invigorating language of the Drum. In this class you will practice a number of basic rhythms, plus Rumba, Eja Osan, Yankee, Odun De, Fanga, Yembela, Weré-Weré, and Shango. Your talented instructor will teach you the fundamentals like mastering bass, tone, slap sounds, and rhythms while respecting Ibo, Ifa, and Yoruba traditions. Learn fun chants and understand the meaning behind the songs and rhythms to expand your cultural worldview and musical horizons.
